Roofing experience
My experience with Batterbee Roofing was exceptional. They kept me up to date every 2 weeks as to the progress of receiving the materials. The salesman, Anthony, told me to expect anywhere from 1-4 months for material. It arrived in 2 months and they were here in 2 days starting on the roof. Stevie Estevez was the Supervisor of the job and the crew members were Jose and his crew. They were fabulous. Stevie kept me up to date with the progress several times a day. As the crew was taking off the old roof shingles, they found major damage to the roof itself. Stevie explained to me what they found and took pictures for me and documented the extra materials needed. He was very thorough with the job. Jose and his crew were very good also. They were at my home on time 6:45am. One day they had a 12 hour day and the next day they did not leave until dark (8:30pm) They put in long hours with the heat to get my roof done. They were considerate and very understanding about the damage they found. They took extra pictures for me to send to insurance company. Stevie took pictures of the progress of the job and the unsee
