Everything about Batterbee was excellent. Charles Carson was very professional and knowledgeable. The workers were all very polite and worked very hard. Josh the superintendent made sure the yard was cleaned up of all debris. All in all I would recommend Batterbee to anyone who needs any roofing project done.

Our experience communicating with our sales agent, Charles, and through the completion of our new roof with Josh we couldn't be happier. Charles explained everything and Josh made sure everything was done correctly and completely. I watched the entire team tear off the old roof, replace damaged wood, found a defect in one of our solar tubes (which was easily replaced, at an added expense, it was way too old to contact the original installer for a replacement), re-covered with waterproof sheeting, valleys filled with peel n stick underlayment and the new shingles going on. I didn't watch the clean-up but boy did they do a great job as the site was a bit messy. Every step along the way was as discussed by Charles. I just did not like phoning the main office - had to listen to all of the various "press for" along with long waits before I spoke to a real person. Can't wait for the rain, and more rain to prove the incredible workmanship received. Thank You !!!
Excellent Roof Replacement

Outstanding Job from Start to Finish
The employees at Batterbee Roofing did an outstanding job from getting a quote to making sure that there were no nails or debris left in our yard when the job was done. We were kept informed about the order for our shingles and when they were expected to arrive. When the shingles arrived at Batterbee, we were called to schedule the job. On the morning of the job, Bento (I think that was his name) informed us that men were on the job and that they would be taking off the old shingles and Paper. The Kyle and Aaron arrived to answer any questions we had and to leave the County's permit. They came back several times during both days of the job. When the job was completed on Day 2, the men cleaned the debris from the yard and used a large magnet to pick up any nails. Kyle and Aaron then asked me to walk around the house with them to make sure that the yard was clean and that there was no damage to the house. The follow-up from Batterbee regarding the County inspection and the Owens-Corning warranty has also been outstanding. I highly recommend Batterbee Roofing.
Very Satisfied
We are very happy with the construction of our new roof. It looks wonderful and we appreciate the professional system of letting us know the progress of the job. The supervisor, Stevie, kept us informed of problems with the plywood that needed replacing and was very nice to deal with. All in all, we are very satisfied.
Why would I go anywhere else?
As a retired property manager, after 40+ years, I have worked with countless roofing contractors in Denver, Colorado. I have now lived in the Villages for four years and the roof on our house was original (over 18 years old). Lots of roofing companies have approached us to replace this roof. After talking with some less than impressive companies, we were fortunate and thrilled to work with Rhett from Batterbee. He showed me a video of the roof condition after he carefully inspected the roof. Rhett gave me a number of options for the roof replacement (shingle quality and roof detailing). While there was a delay in getting shingles due to our current economy, I received an email update every week regarding when the shingles were expected to be delivered! When the shingles arrived, I received numerous instructions to prepare for the replacement as well as phone calls from Stevie my reroof supervisor to set up a before and after inspection. Beto and his incredible crew did an amazing job - not one detail that I was not happy with! Cleanup was perfect and I could not be happier. Details, communications, follow through was all perfect. Any roof work I ever need will always be done by Batterbee.
Great ReRoofing Project
Couldn't be happier with the whole Batterbee experience - from the initial presentation of their wide range of roofing materials and accessories, to understanding the benefits and value of Owens Corning Roofing Products, to understanding of the sourcing, delivery and installation steps ahead, to the actual careful and professional installation, and to Batterbee's readiness to stand by the project for follow-up and support if needed (it wasn't). Great Roofing Team
I recommend Batterbee Roofing to everyone; they are friendly and produce quality workmanship. In October of 2021 we noticed water draining from our ceiling while it was raining. The next day I contacted 5 roofing companied; Batterbee Roofing was the only company that would come out the next day (the others stated 3-5 days). The next day Jason came to the house and determined where the leak was and placed a temporary patch on our roof. He said that there were some soft spots on the roof. In addition, he said that he was familiar with USAA claims. The following day John from sales came by and we ordered shingles that were going to take a while to get in. I informed him that my wife and I were going to Wisconsin for the holidays. He said that the Heather and the other ladies in the office will give us weekly updates on our order. On 14 Jan 2022 Josh and his crew roofed the house; they completely rapped the house 360 degrees to prevent debris from making a total mess of the area. Throughout the day Josh took many pictures to show us what the water damage did to the plywood and how they were going to repair it. It was amazing to see how the crew acted like a well oiled machine. There were no debates about what had to be accomplished next; they just did it.
Very Happy Customer
The whole experience from the salesmans visit up until the completion was totally professional. They keep you updated on the status of your shingle order so you know when to expect it done. Crew was there on time and worked their butts off. Supervisor Josh checked in with not only crew but myself as well to make sure all was going well. They cleaned everything just as they found it. Finish my job in only 6 hours. Roof is beautiful.
