Roof replacement
For the first time in my life, I had to be responsible for a major home improvement. Thankfully, a friend did some research and said to call Batterbee Roofing. What a blessing that was! From my first call making an appointment, I realized that I was dealing with a professional company. John Wunderlich then came to the rescue explaining the process of getting an inspection, helping with the insurance claim, making sure I understood the choices when selecting the roofing materials, and telling me in detail how the Batterbee team removes, installs, and cleans up. When the process was to begin, I received a call from Chris Garcia the day before answering any question I might have and assuring me that he was going to be there for me during the whole process. Everything from beginning to end was awesome.

Met with Charles Carson to discuss roof replacement. Charles did a fantastic job explaining my options for selecting a new roof. He took me outside and showed my house on his phone with the roof selections I chose. Made the decision very easy after seeing the house with the roof I selected. Explained the process from start to finish. My neighbor had used Batterbee Roofing and they were extremely pleased with the professionalism and performance to get the job done. One day everything was stripped and the second day plywood was replaced and shingles installed. Manny Guiterez was the job site foreman. He kept me informed of what was being done as the job progressed and answered any questions I had. I would recommend Batterbee Rooofing to anyone needing a new or roofing replacement.

I highly recommend Batterbee roofing. From beginning to end this company is a very professional and well organized business. I had the old roof stripped and re roofed. The Workers were very neat and completed the job in less than 2 days. Everything was completely cleaned before they left . Then Chris the Forman came to check with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. The roof looks great. The office staff is very pleasant, and professional on the phone.

I was extremely impressed with Batterbee Roofing. I wanted the best quality job and not necessary the cheapest. My salesperson Charles took the time to research the unique items of the job and confirming with the manufacturer how the warranty would be affected. He was the only salesperson I talked to that I felt really invested himself to researching my job. After signing a contract, the communication from the office was good. They kept me informed on the status of my job at regular intervals. Once the job started the job supervisor Ivan did an excellent job overseeing everything. They definitely came across a few surprises during the job, but they handled them with utmost professionalism. They never complained when they hit difficult areas or had to do extra work to fix something. Even if they needed to go get additional tools or materials, they just made it happen. This was really nice. I cannot tell you how many times I have had contractors complain that the job was not easy. Not these guys. During the job they did have one unfortunate thing happen that was an error on their part. However, when I informed them of the problem, they were quick to get it resolved to my satisfaction. Both Ivan and his supervisor did not make any excuses, they just did the right thing. I really appreciate that. Batterbee made the roof replacement process as good as I can expect it to be. I am incredibly happy I selected them and would recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement.
