Roofing review
The Batterbee Team was great...from Sam, my sales associate to Chris and his team, all were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, hard working, fastidious. They met and/or exceeded all my expectations. They arrived on time, worked hard (in really HOT heat), did a great job, finished on time, cleaned up well. Chris was great. Explained things well, made sure I was satisfied with their work...a great representative of your company. Upon the walk about after the job was done, only one begonia plant was squashed/destroyed (from being covered up with a tarp). Chris took a picture of it. He explained about NOT removing the paperwork before it is signed tomorrow. I would not hesitate to recommend Batterbee Roofing to any and all. Thank you for a job well done. Good Job start to Finish
We had a few competitors visit and make their presentations, but none so professional as Charles Carson. So despite coming in at a higher price, we felt more secure that the job would be done right. Project Manager, Manuel Guitierrez completed the work yesterday and the clean roof looks great. The property was nicely cleaned. Now all we have to do is wait for rain. But we are confident there will be no problems, and confident also, that if there were a problem Batterbee will have our backs.

I found Batterbee thru Owens Corning and learned that they are a Platinum dealer. Everyone I spoke I to and worked with was very professional. They made the process of getting a new roof very easy and proficient. They worked with our insurance company who commented, "Oh yes, we like working with Batterbee." The work crew was neat and performed professionally. We are very happy with our relationship with Batterbee and wholeheartedly recommend them.
New roof
We contracted for a new roof with Batterbee Roofing. Our sales person was Anthony Bax and he was very knowledgeable and made us feel that we were going with the best option for us by choosing Batterbee. He was correct as all our expectations were met. Our project manager was Manny Gutierrez who went above and beyond to help us with a problem we had that did not have anything to do with the roof. His crew was respectful to our property and our neighbors property as we live in a courtyard villa. I would recommend Batterbee Roofing to anyone wanting a job well done.
Excellent Roofing Job
Despite some unexpected glitches and setbacks with my project, everything was completed and the work was excellent. I was re-roofing a shed as well as my house, had a chimney surround rebuilt, a moisture barrier installed where my patio cover tied into my roof, and gutters installed on the house. Everyone I worked with at Batterbee was courteous and professional and they stayed on top of the issues that were causing some delays and kept me informed of the progress. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend Batterbee to anyone needing a new roof or repairs.
