Extremely satisfied
My wife and I had a new roof installed Feb 1-2, 2021. The foreman was very impressive and professional. He met me before the project began and explained every thing in great detail concerning how everything worked be home.. after the project was complete he walked me around the house to see if I was satisfied with the work and the clean up. The work crew was friendly, polite , professional and highly organized. The office of Batterbee Roofing was very impressive with continual communication and updates concerning expected product shipments and dates of installation and follow up information. My husband already posted a glowing review of our roof installation from Batterbee! However, I also wanted to add my comments! My first contact was with the sales representative, Samuel Robinson. He was personable, and extremely knowledgeable. The information we received assured us we would be getting an excellent product, properly installed. When the team arrived, they protected my plants, my driveway, even my garage door. They were efficient and hard working. Even had a designated person checking and picking up nails. After they left, I found 2 nails they missed. To me that was incredible! We are very pleased with the results. We didn't shop around, Batterbee came with an excellent rating. I have since heard of other roofing companies that charge less (and who does not want to save money), but the personal service, the integrity of the firm, quality of workmanship...I would choose Batterbee again! Finally got it done!
We signed contract in November, but due to backorder on shingles, our installation didnt occur until Feb 11th. The entire crew worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job in 2 days. Would definately recommend Batterbee to friends and neighbors!
Roof Install
Very satisfied with the work and the communication at all levels. I was kept informed continuously since my shingles were in back order until they arrived. I was given a date for the install and field supervisor Chris Garcia and his team did a great job from start to finish and also the follow up. Thank very much I highly recommend to anyone looking to get their roof work done.

We were very pleased with the roof, the Shingles, the color and the quickness of the job. Clean up was great along with the guys on the job.
New Roof worth the wait
Excellent Job! I signed my contract in Oct/Nov for Batterbee to install my roof, however due to back order of shingles in was installed first week of Feb. The office staff was excellent and called me regularly with updates on my shingles. It was the coldest day we have had and crew arrived on time to work in the cold. Supervisor explained everything and roof was completed in 2 days, Chris follow up after job was done to insure l was satisfied with the work and cleanup! Very professional company.
Reroof
All the workers did an excellent job. Anything I asked of Manny he accommodated me. Ver% professional and pleasant. Need more supervisors like Manny. Would highly recommend your company.
