Excellent experience dealing with Batterbee Roofing. Getting a few addresses of homes nearby with the two Roof samples we were considering was extremely helpful. Thanks to the staff (Charles and Michele - Office, Travis, Kyle and Ricardo, Field Supervisors). Excellent job coordination and cleanup on both days. Debris Bin was removed late afternoon the first day. We highly recommend Batterbee Roofing!!!

I am writing to share the positive experience we recently enjoyed with Batterbee Roofing. Their representative was able to answer all of our questions about our insurance process, materials used, the performance of the installation crew, what we would experience during installation, and the follow-up they provide. They provided a document that explained the 11 things we needed to do before the job was started. The crew leader called the day before to introduce himself. The crew arrived on time the next morning, and worked through the hottest day I have ever experienced in Florida. The roof was completed perfectly. They also installed a new solar lite that we wanted to add. Batterbee is a local company (Oxford), family owned, uses only their own full time installers, has five full time crews that are paid well with benefits, and never have to advertise for business. They succeed because of satisfied customer referrals. I am totally impressed by their business model, their associates, and their professional approach to providing a great solution to our difficult and potentially expensive need.

We can't say enough good things about Batterbee Roofing. A number of people in our neighborhood had their shingles replaced by Batterbee, and so we decided to have our roof inspected as well. Tim was extremely helpful and informative, and Michelle was an enormous help during the entire process. She made sure there were absolutely no surprises. Every step was handled professionally with customer satisfaction clearly being their top priority. They have the very best crews who work very hard and, when the job is complete, leave the entire area around the house completely clean of any debris from the job. Without hesitation, we will always recommend Batterbee to anyone who is considering having their shingles replaced.

Very happy with the crew who worked on our roof. Very professional, polite and cleaned up each day. The office staff always kept us informed, were polite and accommodating at all times. Awesome service from Batterbee
I had to have my roof shingles replaced and Batterbee came to the rescue. From beginning to end - the service was extraordinary. They helped me through the process from inspection to inspection. I had to reschedule several times due to COVID-19 and they were very accommodating and patient. I highly recommend Batterbee Roofing!

Wonderful Job By Batterbee
We had to have our roof replaced on our house. Got quotes from three different companies. We went with Batterbee Roofing because of their sincere business approach. We were never pressured but given guidance for this process. We did not know where to start and they made our experience so easy. They gave us info on what had to be done, what we could do to accomplish it and advised us on how to go about that process without stress. They worked with our insurance company and came to an agreement on the terms. Then they gave us written copy of what was needed for the job to be done, what they were going to do and what we had to do to help them accomplish this task. We are very pleased with our experience with Batterbee Roofing and felt like we needed to express that by telling our story to others.
