Impressive Teamwork
We highly recommend Batterbee Roofing for a roof job. It was an eye opening experience of teamwork and harmony. The sales presentation was low key and educational regarding roofing, and in particular, our roof which was filmed by our sales consultant, Michael Crimi, to review with us before our decision to go with Batterbee. After we accepted the quote, the follow-up work by the office staff was remarkable. We were consulted on a timely basis for each step of the forthcoming job until we received a final job install date. Then, Manny, the operations manager took over. The crew, directed by foreman Josh, worked together like a well oiled machine and knocked out the job in 1 day! We were especially pleased with the protection methods taken to keep our windows and shrubs free of any damage. Our home was shrouded with a special protective netting. The clean-up was well performed with magnets for nails. Josh explained the operations and workmanship of the installation team, while we watched. New roof with solar tubes
Everything about Batterbee was excellent. Charles Carson was very professional and knowledgeable. The workers were all very polite and worked very hard. Josh the superintendent made sure the yard was cleaned up of all debris. I would recommend Batterbee to anyone who needs any roofing project done.

Everyone was friendly and professional. Batterbee Roofing is the only company I contacted to have the roof inspected. Then we signed a contract shortly after the inspection.
Amazing Management and Communication
So glad I chose Batterbee; I comparison shopped. I got a fine roofing job. But what I didn't expect was how well they communicated with me...in this day and age of "We're short staffed" excuses and businesses not answering phones. They are the best company I've seen in recent years for coordinating between sales, office staff, materials procurement, project manager, and subcontractor team. My project manager, Ivan, was present on the job; he kept me informed from before arrival, through my re-roofing and through cleanup and inspection. Amazing. Just sayin'.
Outstanding work
We are very satisfied with the work that Batterbee did on our house. The roof is beautiful. It goes well with the color of our house. People stop by and say how nice our house looks, and they love the color of the roof. It's nice having gutters on so the rain doesn't pour off the top of the house as well. Everyone is so friendly; they kept us updated during the progress; they were very thorough making sure everything was precisely done from start to until way pass the finish. Mike was very patient working with us. Manny and his crew were awesome. We felt very comfortable from the get-go that we had chosen a great place to work with. Knowledgeable and professional
Everyone from start to finish was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They got right to work on my roof and kept everything clean in the process. I needed a few boards replaced once the shingles were here, but they had them here in no time and took care of the problem. We are very happy with the finished product. The new roof looks great and I have already had so many compliments.

We Are So Glad
After six months of having contractors knock on our door to evaluate our roof, we decided to go with a reputable company and determined that would be Batterbee. We were so glad we went with Batterbee. After they evaluated our roof they had a detailed process to show us what they would do to replace the roof. They were excellent with their follow up after we signed the contract, during the roofing process and their follow up after the roofing project was complete. We made the right choice for our roofing company.
