Excellent Service
We first met with Anthony Bax because we needed an insurance inspection. We discussed the roof condition and he provided a presentation of the company, their services and that they are a Platinum service company with Owens Corning and what that designation entails. We decided to have them do a replacement, which was done once all of the materials were in stock. The job took 1.5 days and required them to work on Saturday to finish. The crew were respectful, conscientious and very efficient. The crew supervisor, Kyle made sure he informed us of all changes and status of the project. On Friday evening, one of the crew who was cleaning up let me know when they were done and left the project in good shape to ensure the roof was okay overnight. On Saturday they installed the shingles, skylight and all vent covers. Kyle and I did a walk through and the roof is beautiful. Once they finished cleaning up the site, it was like they were never here! Excellent service from the salesman, support staff in the office and the crew. Great experience and we highly recommend Batterbee Roofing!
