So pleased with Batterbee roofing!!!
I had hail damage and Batterbee roofing was instrumental in helping me get it covered through my insurance, Charles Carson (salesman) and Jason Metzig (helped with Insurance issues) went above and beyond with their efforts to assist me with each step of my roofing project. They were here at each inspection, followed up promptly, and made the challenges I faced with my insurance company much easier. Once my insurance company (finally) approved my project, they were still there every step of the way. Chris Garcia was the project manager and he was also very professional, helpful and communicated regularly. He was here each day of my (2 day) project and made sure everything was done properly and made me feel very confident in the construction process and completion. The crew were very hard working and pleasant. Kudos also to the supporting office staff who regularly communicated with phone calls and emails so I could be updated as needed. I was so impressed with all aspects of my experience with Batterbee roofing. I highly recommend them if you are considering a new or replacement roof!
